At the News24 On the Record Summit, YES CEO Ravi Naidoo joined the youth unemployment panel to advocate for scaling solutions that work. He emphasised that youth employment must sit at the centre of South Africa’s national agenda, highlighting YES’s track record of over 200,000 quality work experiences created with the support of more than 2,000 companies.
Ravi challenged leaders to think beyond voluntary participation, calling for broader, systemic action to unlock opportunities for young people at scale.
