Supporting the growth of manufacturing in Af rica, the 10th edition of the Manufacturing Indaba will be hosted as an IN-PERSON event at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg from the 24-26 October 2023.

Manufacturing’s impact on the economy and society makes it an unbeatable ingredient in the success of a state, region and continent. Manufacturing is important to all African countries, specifically in terms of value addition to the economy, job creation, export earnings and tax revenue generation.
The Manufacturing Indaba has become a hallmark for the development of manufacturing by empowering African manufacturing participants to enter a new age of innovation, technology, competitiveness and sustainability.
The event is designed specifically for private & public company representatives to hear from industry experts as they unpack challenges and find solutions for growth across the manufacturing sectors and explore regional trade into Africa. Manufacturing Indaba boasts strategic partnerships with the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), the Department of Science and Innovation (dsi) and the Af rican Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD).
