Enslin Kleinsmith is a proud member of the Genesis Hub’s Culinary Academy. Based in Saldanha, Enslin says he’s met a lot of people who are so passionate about the industry. “I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge, skills and will be forever grateful for the opportunity that has been given to me.”
Reflecting on what his journey thus far, Enslin says, “Learning cooking, baking skills and the kitchen itself are amazing and it helps me develop! As for what my future holds: I definitely see myself in the hospitality industry, professional chef etc., but for now I am still eager to develop.”
