Matthews, a tracer at Dawn Park Clinic, found out about the YES programme on the internet. He has since had a wonderful experience on the YES app, acquiring skills such as accountability, punctuality, confidence, time management, and working with different personalities.

At the clinic, Matthews has learnt telephonic and face-to-face communication skills, including how to calm down impatient or nervous patients. He has also learnt the computer skills that are so vital in this digital age, and will enhance his chances of further employment down the line.
