YES at the Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference 2025: Industry Experts & Thought Leaders Driving Transformation

On 31 July and 1 August 2025, YES participated as a showcase sponsor and exhibitor at the Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference, held at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg. This premier event brought together government leaders, industry experts, and changemakers to advance transformation and inclusive economic growth in South Africa.

 How YES Showed Up with Impact 

• Five Business Development Associates engaged with attendees at the YES exhibition stand over both days.
• Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO) Tsholo Mogotsi and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ravi Naidoo spoke on separate panels, sharing insights on youth development and inclusive growth. Tsholo Mogotsi addressed the importance of empowering women and youth through lifelong education, in the panel moderated by Sanlam. Ravi Naidoo participated in a panel on future-proofing skills and aligning talent for inclusive growth and stability, in a panel moderated by Merchants. 
• YES Alumni from the Youth4Business initiative, Snikeziwe Tshobisa and Tshegofatso Rakwena, joined Tsholo on stage to share their entrepreneurial journeys.
